Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to express my nuisance with the shopping excursion to France with Bringhton Marina CoachesBolougne because the trip offered some activities that we couldn't enjoy.

Firstly, you said the trip on bus will be comfort with air-condicionated that day was very hot into the bus we was a lot of person and the air conditioning not working. Really it was terrible. moreover we can't drink nothing because the hypermarket was crowded with long queues at checkouts for that we can't buy nothing for to drink also here we lost a lot of time. Despite the manager people knew the day will be boiling and they don't worry for it.

After that we went to visit the Hauteville with its Charming restaurants the worse lucky all of restaurants was closed for that we was only 1 hour in this place and we can't enjoy others places we want to know. the nasty was we arrive to home at 11:30 pm you said that the return was at 9:00 pm it was very unpleasant.

I would like to know if you can give back a percent of money because I'm very discomfort with the trip it be the most suitable.

    You've organized your letter well using appropriate linking works. You've included the information from the notes, but I find some of it confusing e.g. the problem with cold drinks was on the bus not in the shopping area.

    Be careful

    with word formation:
    comfort = noun, comfortable = adjective

    double negative are not possible in English:
    we can't drink nothing = We couldn't drink anything

    subject verb agreement:
    we was = we were
